Three men arrested after burglary of judge’s home

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. Three men are under arrest in Bowling Green after police say they burglarized a home and stole a number of firearms.

The Dec. 14 burglary was reported in the 2300 block of Nashville Road.

The homeowner, Warren District Judge Sam Potter, told police six firearms including a muzzle loader, were stolen.

Through their investigation, Bowling Green police officers and the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force responded to a residence on Morgantown Road, they arrested James Ray Cole, 32, Dzevad Keco, 36, and Gary Alan Richey, 53.

Investigators found  numerous firearms inside the residence, including several stolen from the home on Nashville Road, according to a release from the Bowling Green Police Department.

All three were charged with a number of serious offenses and lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
