‘The Resilience Factor’ program helps to create bonding experience for Barren County Schools families

GLASGOW Ky. The Barren County School District is unveiling a new program, and it involves participation from more than just students.

The Barren County Schools Youth Service Center has kicked off the new program called ‘The Resilience Factor’. It is expected to be a creative bonding experience for families.

This program will focus on relationship building, where students and families will be provided with wrap-around services including mental health counseling, academic assistance, and transportation just to name a few.

To start the program, the first project will be at Gorin park in Glasgow weather permitting. They will be helping in service projects around the area.
