Thanksgiving meals offered in Bowling Green

Thanksgiving is a time many look forward to for the food.

There are several locations offering meals or turkeys around the area for those unable to afford a Thanksgiving meal this year.

The Shakerag Barbershop and the Young Visionaries Foundation are presenting a Thanksgiving turkey giveaway at 5 PM tonight, where they will give a total of 100 turkeys.

One turkey per family and leftovers will be given to the Salvation Army.

Tomorrow from 11-2pm, TM Studioz LLC will host its 1st ever Thanksgiving dinner.

Also tomorrow from 1-3 pm, the Western Kentucky University College of Health and Human Services is having a Thanksgiving meal for international students.
