Tennessee man allegedly ran through Scottsville neighborhood while under the influence

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Tennessee man is facing criminal charges in Allen County.

According to a release, the Allen County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a man running through a residential area on Belmont Park Avenue on Wednesday.

The complainant also told police there was a possible gunshot.

The subject was contacted and identified as Bradley M. Dallas of Westmoreland, Tennessee.

During the investigation, law enforcement says Dallas possessed methamphetamine.

The Scottsville Police Department arrested Dallas. He was lodged at the Allen County Jail.

Dallas is charged with public intoxication – controlled substances, first-degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
