T.J. Regional Health named one of the best places to work in Kentucky

GLASGOW, Ky. -T.J. Regional Health has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Kentucky in the large-sized employer category.

According to a release by T.J. Regional Health, the selection process is managed by Workforce Research Group based on an assessment of each participating company’s employee policies and procedures along with the results of an internal employee survey.

T.J. Regional Health says it has approximately 1,400 employees, and it was only one of 29 companies in the Commonwealth chosen for the honor in the large category.

In the release, T.J. Regional Health stated, “While we have seen many changes throughout our 96-year history, one thing has remained constant; the commitment to ensure that our hospitals, outpatient services and clinics are the best places for patients to seek care, for our providers to practice, and for our team members to work.”
