Suspect wanted in connection to homicide captured in Butler County
MORGANTOWN, Ky. – The suspect wanted in connection to the death of Tracy Riggsbee on Sunday evening has been arrested in Butler County.
Joshua Crouch was arrested on Tuesday morning and lodged in the Butler County Jail.
According to the jail’s website, Crouch is being held on a murder-domestic violence charge stemming from an incident that happened on Sunday night.
According to Crouch’s uncle, Ricky Miller, Crouch and Riggsbee had been arguing all day.
Miller said an argument broke out and the next thing he knew, Riggsbee came running out and said, “I’ve been stabbed.”
Riggsbee was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
UPDATE: Crouch is now back in the Warren County Regional Jail, being held on a $1 million bond.
