Survey collecting opinions on House Bill 5

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A controversial bill went into action this summer, and the Housing and Homeless Coalition of Kentucky wants your opinion on it.

You may have heard of House Bill 5, a bill that was passed in this year’s General Assembly and went into action on July 15.

Among other things, the bill outlaws sleeping and camping in public spaces, making it possible for law enforcement to arrest those sleeping outside.

If you’ve been impacted by this bill or know of people how have been, the coalition asks that you fill out their survey.
