Sunrise Spotlight: NAACP’s Freedom Fund Gala 2024
On today’s edition of Sunrise Spotlight, we sat down in studio with Ryan Dearbone, who told us all about our local chapter of NAACP’s upcoming Freedom Fund Gala.
This year’s gala titled “Lift Every Voice”, will celebrate those in our community who have done and are doing great things, as well as recognize their scholarship recipients for 2024.
The NAACP is inviting the public to join them on Saturday, October 19th at the Knicely Conference Center (2355 Nashville Rd.). The event will begin at 5:30 with “Voices of the Community”, a reception to recognize all our award nominees. The reception will follow with dinner, leading into the program, closing the evening with dancing. There will be no tickets sold at the door, so you’ll want to purchase yours fast.
