Sunrise Spotlight – Lifesource Training School

In this edition of Sunrise Spotlight, Meredith Howard and her daughter Taelor Howard talk about their family cooking class with Bowling Green Community Education.

Parents and their children will learn to prepare healthy meals and snacks together, then will be able to sample all that they prepare.

Classes will be held on Feb. 18 & 25 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
