Stock Yards Bank & Trust celebrates opening of first Bowling Green branch

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Stock Yards Bank & Trust celebrated the opening of its first full-service Bowling Green branch Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, local business and community leaders.

Located at 360 E. Eighth Ave., Suite 305 in downtown Bowling Green, the new branch builds on Stock Yards Bank & Trust’s entry into the market earlier this year, when the bank opened a loan production office at the same location, according to the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce.

“Opening our first full-service branch in Bowling Green is an important milestone for Stock Yards Bank & Trust and reflects the confidence we have in this community and its continued growth,” said Ja Hillebrand, Chairman and CEO of Stock Yards Bank & Trust. “Since establishing our presence here earlier this year, our focus has been on building relationships, growing the right local team and laying a strong foundation for the future. We’re excited to take this next step and expand the ways we can serve our clients in Bowling Green.”

The Bowling Green team is led by Market President Rick Seadler and continues to grow as the bank expands its capabilities in the market. In addition to its current team, Stock Yards Bank & Trust expects to add bankers focused on small business and private banking before the branch opens, along with three additional tellers.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in partnership with the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.

Branch hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
