Statements made to FBI on 2 dates in Crystal Rogers case to be permitted in trial

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Additional details have become available in the ongoing trail for the Crystal Rogers case.

According to WKNY media partner WDRB News, a 27-page court filing on Monday and prosecutor Shane Young and Joseph Lawson’s attorney agreed that statements made to the FBI only on two dates will be useful in trial.

The rest of the court filing shows some case law and several pages that say “sealed document.”

The judge is still deciding if the trail for Joseph Lawson and his father, Steve Lawson, as well as Brooks Houck, should be separate or not.

Right now, all three are scheduled to stand trial in Februrary in Bowling Green.
