State police continue investigation of missing person cold case

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – State police continue to search for a missing Hopkins County man.

Kentucky State Police says Charles C. Massey went missing in Hopkins County 28 years ago as of Sunday.

Massey, 29, of Madisonville, went missing in 1997. He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to people in the area.

KSP says Massey is a white male, 5’11-6’01” tall, 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
