Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital cuts ribbon to announce new partnership

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital held a ribbon cutting Tuesday to celebrate a new partnership aimed at expanding resources for patients in the community.

Community leaders, staff and supporters gathered to mark the partnership as the hospital continues providing inpatient rehabilitation care for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, surgeries and other serious medical conditions.

Hospital leaders say the partnership will help strengthen care options and expand services for patients across south-central Kentucky.

“The landscape in healthcare is very challenging at times,” said Sherri Goldsmith, CEO of Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital. “When you’re able to build strong partnerships, it allows you to connect on a national level with vendors and resources. It gives us the opportunity to bring more support and growth to our community.”

Hospital officials say the facility, previously operating under Vibra Healthcare, is now partnering with Select Medical to enhance care and services across the region.

The facility is located at 1300 Campbell Lane in Bowling Green.
