South Warren’s Conyer Commits to Tennessee

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – South Warren Defensive Back/Wide Receiver Cristian Conyer announced where is he committing to school. Blue or orange? UK or Tennessee?

His decision seemed like a piece of cake, literally.

To celebrate his mother’s birthday, he sliced into a cake with an orange core, leaving the state to play Power Five football in Knoxville.

Conyer will be rocking the South Warren black and silver this season, but come January, he’s Tennessee bound.

But the goal isn’t just a piece of the college cake, he’s hungry for a slice of the pros.

“It means everything to me,” Conyer said. “The SEC is the best football conference in the country and if I play there and show out, the league would be like cake.”
