Some Kentucky Kroger stores to offer free drive-thru COVID-19 testing

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced a new partnership with Kroger to provide more testing for COVID-19.

He said the free drive-through tests will double the amount being done now.

The testing got underway Monday in Frankfort. Additional stores are scheduled to be announced in the next few weeks.

Individuals with COVID symptoms who are either healthcare workers, first responders, 65 and older, or have a chronic health condition, will be eligible to receive the test offered through Kroger.
