SNAP benefit coverage for those impacted by flooding extends to Allen, Logan and Warren counties

An update has been released for those who receive SNAP benefits and may have been impacted by recent flooding.

The United States Department of Agriculture has allowed EBT benefits to cover hot and prepared foods in the following south-central Kentucky flood impacted counties:

  • Allen County.
  • Logan County.
  • Simpson County.
  • Warren County.

The benefit timeframe has also been extended and now ends on April 26.
