SKYCTC makes plans for summer, fall classes

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – College officials for Kentucky’s community and technical college system have finalized plans for the upcoming summer session and fall semester.

Southern Kentucky Community and Technical College will have two summer sessions, with an online-only class schedule for the first session. For the second summer session, classes will begin on June 29th in whatever format they are scheduled, pending Governor Andy Beshear’s guidelines.

For fall, the school plans on a mix of online and face-to-face classes.

Brooke Justice, vice president of Student Services at SKYCTC says the preparation for moving classes online this semester has helped with planning the virtual classes for the summer.

Registration for summer and fall classes is underway now and the first summer session begins May 18.
