Signature Healthcare Gets new dog named Buddy

LOUISVILLE, Ky.- At a time when the long-term healthcare sector has been challenged on every side of this global pandemic and faced many challenges, it gives Signature HealthCARE leadership great pleasure to announce the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual, has reviewed the data and selected Signature HealthCARE Consulting Services as a Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the fourth consecutive year! Signature HealthCARE Consulting Services, based in Louisville, Kentucky, earned this honorable distinction based on a selection process managed by Best Companies Group. The selection process for the 17th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list incorporated our company’s employee policies and procedures, plus the results from a survey of our staff.

“Our Signature family has remained steadfast during these challenging times and I couldn’t be more proud of the way we’ve come together and persevered,” said E. Joseph Steier, III, President and CEO of Signature HealthCARE. “We strive to help our residents and staff live life with purpose every day, and our Sacred 7 Principles are the soul of Signature HealthCARE: To Be Heroic, Embrace Teamwork, Show Compassion, Give Respect, Have Integrity, Encourage Positivity, and Be Patient. These values translate into a dynamic workforce that is the ultimate driving force of our success.”

Only 100 winners for the entire state have been selected, broken down into three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees, and large companies consisting of more than 500 employees. Signature HealthCARE Consulting Services is among the 32 large company winners.
Signature HealthCARE Consulting Services focuses on providing purpose-driven healthcare and encourages our facility clinical teams to focus on compassionate care, key strategies in innovative clinical programming, and coordinated care. Our healthcare system’s commitment to the long-term care healthcare heroes who serve at the bedside has also earned the distinction of being named a Great Place to Work® for the past four years, including this year’s honor.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a multi-year initiative designed “to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.” Signature Healthcare’s commitment to serve with purpose is showing this to be true.
