Sheriff’s office revives overdose victim

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriffs’ Office responded to an overdose call on Blue Level Providence Road Tuesday afternoon.

When deputies arrived, they administered Narcan, a drug used to counteract the effects of opiates, to revive the victim who was then taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident. No names have been released.
