Sen. Rand Paul talks to South Warren high schoolers

WARREN CO., Ky.-Earlier today, Senator Rand Paul stopped by South Warren High School to speak with students.

The dozens of students in attendance are studying government and politics.

They asked the Senator questions about working in government, his duties as Senator, and advice for their futures.

Sen. Paul says he wanted to talk to students about the debates over the Constitution and the Supreme Court that are currently going on in Washington.

“I think it’s important to know that these debates go on for a long time, everybody can have an opinion, express their own opinion and the constitution is a guide that we look to for how much or how little government we have,” said Paul.

Sen. Paul gave each student a mini copy of the Constitution.
