Scottsville opens electric vehicle charging station

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – Scottsville is now the home of a brand new electric vehicle charging station.

According to the Scottsville Police Department, the city, along with Tri-County Electric and the Tennessee Valley Authority, hosted a ribbon-cutting to announce the grand opening.

The charging station is located at 115 South First St.

Drivers will need to access the ChargePoint app to use the station.
