Scottsville café gives back to community, one meal at a time

ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. – In honor of Small Business Week, News 40 is highlighting one business in our area making a difference. One local eatery is choosing to give back to others.

The Ninety and Nine Café was founded back in October of last year. What started out as a planned menu quickly turned into a reality.

The Scottsville-based shop name is in reference to a faith-based parable, which symbolizes loyalty and love.

The Ninety and Nine Café sells sweet drinks and a variety of food options. They also prepare daily lunch sacks for those in need.

Owner Tiffany Jones says it is more than just a business, adding it’s about community. She believes that everyone “has a calling in life.” Jones admits that her shop “may be small,” but it is serving a greater cause.

Jones aims to feed people and “fill their hearts, too” by spreading the Gospel.

Jones says she wants everyone to feel welcomed at her shop, and she is grateful for the support from friends and family.
