School lockdown system accidentally activated in Allen County

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – The Allen County Sheriff’s Office responded to an accidental lockdown alert Thursday.
According to a social media post, the department says it received a dispatch to Allen County-Scottsville High School for a lockdown call for response.
The SRO and school staff determined this was a false alarm accidentally activated by a student in a hallway.
ACSO says all students and school staff are safe.
