Russellville Rural Fire Department celebrates staff members

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Russellville Rural Fire Department is recognizing the hard work and dedication of its staff.

Russellville Rural says it honored several of its staff members during its annual Christmas dinner on Tuesday, bringing both local heroes and their families together.

Fire officials say battalion chief David Browning won the Hose and Helmet award, Capt. Carl Seidler won the Joe Michael Harlan award, firefighter and EMT Walt Scruggs won the EMT of the Year award, firefighter David Moyer won the Passion and Pride award, firefighter and EMT Paul Marchese received Promoted to Lieutenant and firefighter John Chapman won Firefighter of the Year award.
