Russellville man facing drug charges after warrant executed at apartment building

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – A Russellville man is charged with drug possession.
The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force says a warrant was executed at the apartment of Robert McCarley, 60 of Russellville, at 402 North Breathitt Street Apartment A on Friday morning.
The task force says agents located a small quantity of suspected crack cocaine and suspected methamphetamine and marijuana. Agents also located digital scales with suspected crack cocaine residue and a small amount of cash.
McCarley was arrested and is lodged at the Logan County Jail.
McCarley is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense (greater than or equal to 4 grams of cocaine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (methamphetamine). possession of drug paraphernalia (buy/possess), possession of marijuana, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (cocaine).
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office and the Russellville Police Department assisted in the investigation.
