Russellville man charged with rape, possession of sexual abuse material
HART COUNTY, Ky. – A Russellville man has been arrested on charges tied to a sexual abuse investigation.
According to a uniform citation, 20-year-old Francisco Torres of Russellville was arrested on an indictment warrant on Jan. 6.
Torres faces charges of first-degree rape, possession of matter of a sex performance by a minor over 12 and under 18, first offense, and tampering with physical evidence.
Torres was arrested in Logan County, however, he is scheduled to appear at the Hart County Circuit Court for arraignment on Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m.
He remains at the Hart County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
