Russellville man arrested on drug, traffic charges

ELKTON, Ky. – A Russellville man is facing drug and traffic violation charges.

The Elkton Police Department says they observed a motor vehicle roll through a stop sign. The motor vehicle was pulled over and the operator was identified as Jayme Fuller, 48 of Russellville.

A check determined that Fuller had two active warrants in Logan County. Fuller was taken into custody.

Officers say a Todd County Sheriff’s Office K9 officer located a bag in the vehicle that contained fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, and a scale. A glass pipe with residue was also located in the vehicle.

Fuller is charged with disregarding a stop sign, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or – (> or = 2gms Methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st offense (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess. Fuller was also served two warrants active in Logan County.

Fuller is lodged at the Todd County Detention Center.
