Russellville man arrested in Todd County following high-speed pursuit

TODD COUNTY, Ky. – A Russellville man is behind bars in Todd County after police say he led law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit on U.S. 68 Monday morning.

The Elkton Police Department says they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Caleb Kennedy for speeding before he fled, turning onto several roads before coming to a stop at the 4500 block of Trees Shop Road.

Kennedy was then taken into custody and charged with speeding, second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, possession of marijuana and several other traffic offenses.
