Rockfield United Methodist Church gives a Christmas meal to the community

ROCKFIELD Ky.-Christmas meals took place all over the region, and Rockfield United Methodist Church was no exception.

Anyone and everyone was invited to enjoy some free turkey, ham, pie, and other holiday favorites.

The meal started at noon. This is a Christmas tradition that the church has been setting up annually since 2003. As part of the lunch, live music was also provided by attendee of 15 years, Tim Livingston.

Livingston said year after year, he loves catching up with old friends and sharing some holiday joy.

“I love it. I see a lot of friends that come in throughout the year. They always look forward to coming with the fellowship and also the food,” Livingston said.

The church is located at 682 Rich Pond Field.
