Ribbon-cutting celebrates Unbridled Spirit Recovery Ranch

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A nonprofit in Bowling Green is taking bold steps to combat domestic violence, sex trafficking, addiction and homelessness.

City and county leaders gathered downtown to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Unbridled Spirit Recovery Ranch. The 18-month live-in recovery center focuses on long-term solutions for women facing these challenges.

Founder and executive director Lynette Riganto emphasized that true recovery requires addressing trauma, not just symptoms.

“Most places only deal with the symptoms of behavior, not the root,” Riganto said. “Once the root is dealt with, they very rarely display the same behavior.”
