Ramsey Theatre Company earns regional recognition with BroadwayWorld Award wins

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center is celebrating after its resident theatre company, Ramsey Theatre Company, earned several honors in the 2025 BroadwayWorld Awards.
According to a release by The SKYPAC, the awards honor regional productions, touring shows and more, which had their first performance between October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
Ramsey Theatre Company had multiple nominations across several categories, spotlighting shows in the 2024-25 season, including “Grease,” “Floyd Collins” and “The Wizard of Oz,” as part of the Greenwood Ford Lincoln Broadway Series at The SKYPAC.
The SKYPAC says Ramsey Theatre Company winners include:
- Best Musical – “Grease” – Ramsey Theatre Company
- Best Supporting Performer In A Musical – Abby Luckett, “Grease,” Ramsey Theatre Company
- Best Lighting Design Of A Play Or Musical – Aaron Goodwin, “The Wizard of Oz,” Ramsey Theatre Company
