Q Coffee Conversations brings artists and actors to Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN Ky.-Arts of Southern Kentucky will be featuring an actor for the new arts lecture series, and the first one is coming in the near future.

Q Coffee Conversations is a series that will feature actors and artists. First up is actor Andy Stahl on Wednesday September 8th at 10 am. The event is sponsored by Q Coffee Emporium and will be held at the SkyPAC.

Stahl is an acclaimed actor local to Bowling Green. He’s known for his roles in ‘The Patriot’, ‘The Blind Side, and ‘October Sky’. Admission is $10, and tickets can be purchased at the door at 601 college street. The admission includes coffee and pastries from Q.

Education director of Arts of Southern Kentucky Elise Charney says this is an event that performing arts fans won’t want to miss.

“It is a really intimate setting that the artists are going to have with the community members. Having Andy here, having visual artists, we have sculptors, we have Grammy award winning composers coming. It’s just such a unique and cool opportunity for audience members to have,” Charney said.
