UPDATE: Power restored after outages from Cave Mill substation

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Power is restored for multiple households after reported outages across the area Friday afternoon.

According to Bowling Green Municipal Utilities’ web outage viewer, there are no active power outages in the service area as of 4 p.m.

BGMU stated earlier today that customers were impacted on Nashville Road, Cave Mill Road, Campbell Lane and Dishman Lane. BGMU officials say a circuit was out at the Cave Mill Substation.

A total of 1,800 customers lost power.
