Post-Covid recruitment efforts by the Bowling Green Police Department

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – COVID-19 was a difficult time for the country, and authorities across the country were impacted heavily as well.

The Bowling Green Police Department was no different, but recruitment efforts are still helping to bring in new recruits to help serve the BGPD.

Officer Brad Hogue tells News 40 that they are lucky to have such a great department and great community around them.

Recruitment has increased since Covid has declined, and the BGPD is continuing to work with new recruits to add to their already growing numbers.
