Police seize 30 pounds of marijuana
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Police seized 30 pounds of marijuana Friday during a drug trafficking investigation.
The seizure is the result of a joint investigation of the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force and U.S. Postal Inspection Service, task force director Tommy Loving said.
Law enforcement officers arrested Pheldon Flippin, 31, at his 1045 Blake Way home Friday, according to a release from the task force.
During the execution of a search warrant in his home, police said they found three handguns, ammunition, THC vaping cartridges, digital scales, a vacuum bag sealer and $1,028 in cash.
The marijuana seized has a street value of $150,000, Loving said.
Flippin is charged with trafficking in marijuana over five pounds. He was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
