Police: Man rode motorized scooter drunk at Walmart, flipped-off customers
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky.- In Hardin County, a man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly yelling at customers in Walmart while drunkenly riding a motorized handicapped scooter.
According to the report from the Lexington Herald-Leader, police found Matthew Carbaugh, 28, being very loud at the Elizabethtown Walmart.
Customers reported the man flipping people the middle finger and calling them names while on the scooter, according to his arrest citation.
Carbaugh had a blood alcohol level of .191 when tested on Wednesday.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and operating a non-motor vehicle while under the influence. He was taken to the Hardin County Detention Center.
