Commitment to Community
Pilot is dedicated to showing people they matter at every turn – whether in its travel centers, on the road or beyond. Through its Miles of Good initiative, the company supports the communities it serves by focusing on three key pillars: education, safety and veterans. As part of this ongoing commitment, Pilot’s $10,000 donation to Simpson County Schools will support formative assessment software.

“With this donation, Simpson County Schools will be able to implement a new assessment program that will provide staff with data to help meet students’ individual needs to ensure they reach their full potential,” said Shelina Smith, chief academic officer at Simpson County Schools. “We believe it takes the support of every stakeholder in the community to have the best schools for our students and their families.”
