Park City Elementary announces new principal with Barren County Schools 

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Ben Jackson is officially the new principal of the Park City Elementary. With decades of service and many achievements throughout his time in education, he plans to continue to strengthen the foundation of young minds.

Jackson, the new Park City Elementary principal, says, “You know, for elementary schools, there are so many foundational skills that we teach those kids, reading and math, and even how to work as team members and collaborate with others. And, you know, elementary schools have an important part and foundational skills in kids.”

Not only is Jackson excited to help the students succeed. He’s also excited to be at the school he attended.

Jackson also says, “The time that I was a student, from the time that I began my teaching career, it’s always been a place that I felt like I felt like a whole home environment. And, I’m just looking forward to working alongside all of the teachers, to help make Park City the best that we can be.”
