Panic! At The Disco tweets about Bowling Green girls involved in crash

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- An enormously popular rock band is tweeting about a head-on collision in Bowling Green that killed one girl and injured two others.

On Saturday night, the band, Panic! At The Disco, tweeted: Thank you all for bringing this to our attention. We have reached out to the Bishop family. The crash happened on Cemetery Road, near Fountain Trace Drive on Friday, December 28.

One of the cars involved in the collision was carrying three children. Jude Wilson, 5, died on Wednesday, January 2, at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville.

The other two girls, Norah and Hannah Wilson, ages 7 and 9, remain hospitalized.

In the tweet, Panic! at the Disco includes a link to the GoFundMe page set up for the girls. As of Sunday afternoon, the online fundraiser has generated close to $47,000.

The tweet itself has received nearly 24,000 likes and 5,250 retweets, as of Sunday afternoon.
