Paducah man charged with drug possession in Allen County

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Paducah, Kentucky man is facing multiple drug charges in Allen County.

According to the Scottsville Police Department, detectives with the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force stopped a 2003 Ford pickup driven by Micah Fishburn, 32, of Paducah for a traffic offense.

Police say detectives located suspected marijuana, methamphetamine, THC wax, mushrooms and items believed to be drug paraphernalia.

Fishburn was arrested and faces charges of failure to or improper signal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense (methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender I.

He remains at the Allen County Detention Center.
