Bowling Green police arrest man in connection to robbery at American Bank and Trust

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A robbery suspect is in custody.

Bowling Green Department Public Information Officer Ronnie Ward says James Ray Taylor, 43 of Bowling Green, was arrested on Thursday afternoon on drug charges.

On Wednesday, Taylor was charged with second-degree robbery in his alleged involvement in a robbery at American Bank and Trust on Fairview Avenue on November 12.

Taylor is charged with possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl, 1st degree), possession of drug paraphernalia, and robbery in the second degree.

Taylor is lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail.
