GREENVILLE, KY –  One person has been flown to Skyline in Nashville after being ejected from a motorcycle during a crash.

According to the Greenville Police Department, a collision between a 2003 Honda motorcycle and a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado occurred a little before 4:00 pm on Friday evening at the intersection of KY 189 Bypass and Luzerne Drive. A preliminary investigation revealed that the Silverado, driven by 23-year-old James Cottrell of Greenville, was attempting to turn left onto Luzerne Drive. Police say Cottrell then turned into the travel lane of 60-year-old Mark Foster striking the motorcycle causing Foster to be ejected from the motorcycle.  Foster was flown to Skyline in Nashville, while Cottrell and a juvenile passenger were uninjured.
