BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – If you are already beginning to rebuild and need a second option or professional help, the City of Bowling Green is warning you to research before you reach out.

City officials say you should only use licensed contractors and can find that database on the website above or by calling 270-781-3135.

They say you should be cautious of unsolicited offers for repairs or debris removal, verify contractor licenses and insurance, never pay upfront and report suspicious activity to the Federal Trade Commission.
