North Carolina student achieves ACT perfection
(WCNC) A North Carolina high school student has aced the ACT.
Jacob Parker attends Monroe High School, which is near Charlotte. He says he’s always done well on standardized tests, and credits his love of learning to earning the perfect score.
Jacob will be a senior next year, and hopes to be an astrophysicist one day.
His principal, Christopher Kelly, says this is the first time anyone has received a perfect ACT score at the school. Kelly says he hopes other students will be inspired by Jacob’s story.
