Non-injury collision impacts traffic on I-65

SMITHS GROVE, Ky. – The Smiths Grove Volunteer Fire Department says it responded early Monday morning for a non-injury collision northbound on Interstate 65.

Fire officials say the collision involved two commercial vehicles.

The fire department says crews were clearing debris around 1:49 a.m.

Traffic was impacted as the northbound side at the 38 mile marker was shut down, fire officials say. Further details have not been released at this time.
