Nolin Lake State Park to remain closed for damage repairs
MAMMOTH CAVE, Ky. – A Kentucky state park is closed until further notice.
In a social media release, Nolin Lake State Park representatives say the park will remain closed due to damages caused by flooding and storms.
Officials at the park are concerned about possible rainfall this week that may cause more damage. The damage cannot be fully assessed until water levels are reduced and stabilized.
The closure includes the entrance to the park, all campgrounds, trails, boat ramp, and beach.
Nolin Lake State Park officials ask the public to adhere to closed signs at the park.
