New Corvette Museum director of development comments on why she decided on return
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A couple of new changes are coming to the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green.
First, in the video above, you can see the newest exhibit “An American Love Affair: Pop Culture & Corvette,” which takes a look at how the car has impacted entertainment and popular culture throughout the decades.
From cars that have been on the screen to those owned by some iconic singers, there’s a car that will interest everyone in the Skydome.
That’s not the only new addition to the museum though, as former director of philanthropy Amy Hardin is returning to the museum as their new director of development, where she will continue her role in helping with fundraising for the museum.
Hardin says the decision to come back was easy:
“I love the story of Corvettes being built nowhere else in the world except Bowling Green, Kentucky since 1981… and this museum is just bringing such education and history and fun… so it was a really great opportunity to come back and continue to grow their initiatives through philanthropic support,” she says.
You can check out “An American Love Affair” at the Corvette Museum. Opening day was this morning, and it will run throughout 2025.
