Nacarius Fant sentenced to 5 years in jail
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A former Western Kentucky University football player has been sentenced to five years behind bars.
According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Chris Cohron, Nacarius Fant was sentenced Monday morning by Judge John Grise.
The former wide receiver was arrested last August on cocaine trafficking charges.
Authorities said Fant sold cocaine to a confidential informant on four different occasions.
Fant played for the Hilltoppers from 2014 to 2017.
Before joining the WKU football program, Fant played for and attended Bowling Green High School.
