Multiple units respond to weekend fire in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, Ky. – Multiple area fire departments responded to a house fire over the weekend in Morgantown.

According to the Fourth District Fire Department, units from Fourth District, Fifth and Morgantown responded Sunday to Possum Hollow Road for a reported structure fire.

Upon arrival, fire personnel say they discovered a fully involved house fire.

Units were able to extinguish the fire and clear the scene.

Cromwell Fire Department, Caneyville Fire Department, Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation and Butler County EMS additionally responded to the scene.
