Multiple arrested in Grayson County drug bust

GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. – Three people are facing charges in Grayson County following a drug bust.
On Friday, July 5, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Department says it executed a search warrant around 3:40 p.m. at a residence on the 300 block of Shull White Road.
According to a uniform citation, the search led to the discovery of 36 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 11 gabapentin pills, scale, needles, baggies and other containers.
In a vehicle at the scene, deputies say Cheyenna Walker, 19, was sitting in the driver’s seat, while Leeann Hale, 20, was in the passenger seat. Deputies say both women had access to the residence, and the vehicle contained an attempt to destroy illegal items, including a needle.
Charles T. Gibson, 41, of Leitchfield, also had access to the residence and was arrested, according to deputies.
Gibson is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hale and Walker were also arrested and are charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first 0ffense (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three were transported to the Grayson County Detention Center.
